1. What is the document?
This agreement sets out the terms of use of Trawlo, the website run by Bumppy Media Private Limited, specifically for international and local flight bookings. Upon accessing or using the Trawlo website at www.Trawlo.com, you are bound to these terms, which form a legal agreement between you and Bumppy Media Private Limited ("Trawlo"). www.Trawlo.comYou must be 18 or older to use Trawlo. You swear that you are of age and accept these terms by registering, visiting, or using the website. These terms are accepted on behalf of the organisation if you are using Trawlo for them. Subject to Indian law, this agreement shall be governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011.
You are authorised to use Trawlo solely for the purpose of booking, receiving, and managing international and domestic flight reservations. The content on Trawlo, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software code (referred to as "Trawlo Content"), is owned by Bumppy Media Private Limited and protected under copyright and trademark laws.
You may not modify, reproduce, display, distribute, or use the Trawlo Content for any public or commercial purpose.
Trawlo's liability is limited to the scope of this agreement. You are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of any third-party services or transactions linked to Trawlo. Bumppy Media Private Limited, operating Trawlo, shall not be held liable for any transactions between you and third parties.

2. Use of Services
2.1. For personal and noncommercial use, you are allowed to view, copy, and download content from Trawlo.com as long as any proprietary notices are kept.
2.2. You agree that by using Trawlo.com, you agree not to (i) distribute, resell, or grant access to the service to other parties. (ii) Facilitate the use of the service by multiple users with shared login credentials. (iii) use the service in any manner that contravenes this agreement or applicable laws.
2.3. Trawlo has the right to update, change, or modify the service at any time without notice. Alterations to this agreement or the privacy policy take effect upon posting trawlo has the right to change or delete content from the website at its discretion.
2.4. Trawlo can suspend your access to the service at any time in order to deal with complaints or breaches of this agreement or for any other reason it sees fit. Trawlo can also limit your access if it finds misuse of the service.
2.5. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions set by third-party suppliers, such as airlines and hotels, when using Trawlo.com for bookings. Violation of supplier rules may result in cancellation of reservations or additional charges.
2.6. Trawlo may occasionally hold contests and advertising campaigns with their own and useful set of guidelines. It is necessary to accept the terms and conditions of these campaigns in order to participate.
2.7. The privacy policy described on Trawlo.com, which controls the gathering, use, and sharing of personal data, applies to your use of the website.


3. Payments
3.1. Trawlo reserves the right to levy transaction fees for certain completed transactions, facilitated through its services. These charges may be subject to alteration by Trawlo without prior notice. You are strictly responsible for all the charges, fees, taxes, or assessments collected due to use of our services.
3.2. By making a booking with Trawlo, you give permission to us and our agents to communicate with your bank or other payment gateways in order to obtain necessary information for the purposes of payment processing, confirmation, dispute resolution, and other management of bookings.
3.3. You acknowledge and agree that your booking is contingent upon Trawlo receiving the required fees or fares into its account. Until such funds are received, Trawlo is not obligated to provide you with tickets, reservation confirmations, passenger name records (PNR), or any other confirmations related to our services.
3.4. If a booking or reservation fails to confirm for any reason, Trawlo is not obligated to arrange another booking to compensate for or replace the failed one. Any subsequent bookings will be treated as new transactions without reference to previous ones. Refunds will be processed according to standard banking payment cycles.
3.5. Payment must be made through the authorised payment gateways provided by Trawlo. You are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the selected payment gateway. Trawlo bears no responsibility for any damages incurred during transactions conducted through these payment gateways.
3.6. For processing online payments, Trawlo may need details of your bank account or credit card number. Please refer to the Privacy Policy located at [insert link] for information on how Trawlo handles the confidential information you provide.


4. User Covenants
As per Regulation 3(2) of the IG Rules, Trawlo hereby informs you that you are not allowed to perform the following activities on the website:
- Hosting, showing, uploading, changing, publishing, sending, updating, or distributing any information that:
- Belongs to another person without proper authorization;
- Is harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise illegal;
- Damages children, violates copyright laws, or goes against any law;
- Misleads or deceives other people, impersonates or defames someone, or has harmful software;
- Challenges the integrity, sovereignty, or unity of India or any other country.
Further, you are barred from:
- Violating the integrity or security of the website or Trawlo Content;
- Transmitting disruptive or competitive information;
- Providing incomplete, false, or inaccurate information;
- Making unsolicited communications to other users;
- Using automated tools to navigate or search the website;
- Attempting to decipher, decompile, or reverse engineer the website;
- Copying or duplicating Trawlo Content;
- Framing or deep linking any Trawlo Content.
Trawlo reserves the right to disable or preserve any information found to contravene these prohibitions and may disclose such information to governmental authorities for investigation purposes.
Trawlo may transfer your information to its affiliates in other countries, provided that such transfers comply with the SPI Rules and are necessary for the performance of lawful contracts or with your consent.

5. Third-Party Information.
5.1. Links to third-party websites, affiliates, and commercial partners may be included on Trawlo.com, along with information about them. Only for your reference are these links and the information provided. Trawlo is unaffiliated with these websites, does not support their content, and does not guarantee its correctness or portrayal. You are at your own risk when using these websites. It is your responsibility to ensure that any links you click on or software you download from Trawlo.com are free from viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects, and other potentially harmful items.

6. Visa Requirements
6.1 Your travel to foreign countries may be subject to visa and other immigration requirements as prescribed by relevant authorities. You understand and agree that you are responsible for obtaining the necessary visa and complying with all immigration requirements. Trawlo, operated by Bumppy Media Private Limited, is not obligated to inform or assist you in obtaining visas or meeting immigration obligations. Trawlo will not be held responsible for any travel issues arising from your failure to obtain the required visa or meet immigration obligations.


7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 All intellectual property employed on the Trawlo website by Trawlo, service providers, or third parties is the property of the respective owners. Except as indicated in this agreement, materials may not be changed, copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, sold, compiled, posted, or transmitted without the prior written consent of Trawlo.

8. Unlawful or Prohibited Use
8.1 By employing Trawlo's services, you promise to abide by all relevant laws, statutes, ordinances, and rules. Additionally, you promise not to use the Trawlo website in any way that contravenes the provisions of this agreement or the law in any way.

9. Liability :
9.1 You acknowledge that Trawlo, operated by Bumppy Media Private Limited ("Trawlo"), acts as an intermediary service and not as a supplier. Accordingly, Trawlo shall not be responsible for any inadequacies in services offered by suppliers you engage through the platform. Trawlo shall not be responsible for suppliers' errors, omissions, or negligence or for resultant personal injury, property damage, or other losses.
9.2 Trawlo disclaims any implied and express warranties and guarantees on the website or the services offered on it.
9.3 Trawlo is not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbookings, or any other events beyond its control, including force majeure. Trawlo is also not liable for any extra costs users may incur under such circumstances.
9.4 You are aware that fares shown on Trawlo.com may increase at the supplier's discretion, and Trawlo shall not be liable for fare increases.
9.5 Trawlo will not be responsible for any damages, including loss of use, data, or profits, resulting from the inability to use or access the website or its services.
9.6 Trawlo is not responsible for any losses, damages, injuries, or costs arising from disclosures made with your permission. In the event of revocation under the Privacy Policy, Trawlo is not responsible for disclosures made prior to receiving the revocation.
9.7 Trawlo is not obligated to provide updates on schedules, availability, cancellations, or modifications to the supplier’s services.
9.8 Trawlo's maximum liability for any services provided is limited to INR 1,000

10. Indemnity
10.1 For any third-party claims, losses, responsibility, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the services, agreement violations, or infringement of intellectual property rights, you undertake to indemnify and hold Trawlo, its affiliates, and related parties harmless.

11. Severability
11.1 This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect even if any of its provisions are found to be defective or unenforceable.


12. Term and Termination
12.1 This Agreement remains in effect while you use Trawlo's services.
12.2 Trawlo reserves the right to take action, including cancellation of bookings, if it discovers unauthorized requests or misrepresentation of facts.
12.3 Trawlo may terminate services in case of breach of terms, misrepresentation, unlawful activity, or inability to verify submitted information.
12.4 Certain clauses, including covenants, liability, indemnity, etc., survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
13.1 This Agreement is governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the jurisdiction area.
13.2 The dispute will be settled by arbitration in Bangalore, in English, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14. Headings
14.1 Headings are merely for convenience and are not intended to limit the extent or meaning of the Agreement.


15. Notices
Notices must be in writing, in English, and delivered to the specified address.
